As the Founder, Artistic Director, and CEO of KOTA Productions for over 20 years, Laura has transformed the organization into a powerhouse NYC based nonprofit with a lasting impact on the arts community. Under her visionary leadership, KOTA has become a global beacon for young talent, providing scholarships to ensure high-caliber arts training and opportunities are accessible to all.

Through initiatives such as the Lyrics for Life, KOTA champions causes and has raised significant funds for global charities, demonstrating the power of the arts to inspire social change, solidifying the organization’s role as a cultural and philanthropic cornerstone.

New York City and Off-Broadway productions include the U.S. Premiere of A Little Princess, Disney’s High School Musical, Annie Warbucks, And a Child Shall Lead, the World Premiere of Dance Divas, and Disney’s Camp Rock, to name a select few.

TV and film work includes projects with NBCUniversal, Disney, and Netflix, with credits on Sydney to the Max (Disney Channel), Lincoln Rhyme (NBCUniversal), Just Roll with It (Disney Channel), Home Team (Netflix / Happy Madison), and The Sound of Music Live! (NBCUniversal). She interned with prestigious companies such as the American Ballet Theatre, The Metropolitan Opera, and the English National Opera.

Laura holds a B.A. in Theatre Studies from Ithaca College and is currently pursuing her MBA at Boston University. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and dog, enjoys hiking, and eating sushi.

Laura has worked with globally acclaimed entertainment companies on a variety of theater, film, TV and opera projects.
